Synopsis
Violet doesn’t like herself. The young girl stands in front of the mirror worrying about her appearance, which makes planning for an upcoming ball all the more stressful. On the night of the dance, however, her reflection is tired of being told she’s unacceptable, and steps out of the mirror and trades places with Violet. Only then can Violet see how much she’s missing. Told in the form of a poem, this story is a reminder of how destructive self-loathing can be.
