Synopsis
In Competition
Cleverly shot at waist height so we never see the characters’ faces, this film aims to see life from the point of view of a naïve little girl, while playing with her doll’s house. The girl accidentally reveals to her father a not-so innocent secret that makes him realise he should be more attentive in raising his child.
About the Directors
Abdulla Al-Hemairi is a director, actor and writer. Born in Al Ain, he lives in Abu Dhabi and received a bachelor’s degree in business management. Al-Hamairi has participated in many acting, writing and directing workshops. He has appeared in many short films, written short and feature films, and directed the two shorts ‘Waiting’ (2012) and ‘Our Home’.
