Learn the rewarding and thought-provoking skill of writing a film critique through the review of a short film, theoretical discussions and practical exercises.
This compelling workshop is a hands-on introduction for young people to the learn the basics and acquire the technical language required for writing a film review.
During the workshop, participants will be introduced to the narrative and mise-en-scene techniques needed for a more profound understanding and interpretation of cinema. Through discussions and writing exercises participants will be able to write their own comprehensive film critiques by the end of the workshop.
