Wed, 27 Nov, 6 - 9:00 PM Thur, 28 Nov, 5 - 9:00 PM Limit Capacity: 10 participants There is a fee of QR 30 to attend this course. This panel is only offered in English. Participants must pay workshop fees at Katara Building 25 between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please bring a printout of your confirmation email for the workshop you have registered for. Payment must be received within three days of receipt of confirmation email, or registration will be void. Come and make an otaku-style cloak! You'll cut out and sew a cloak fit for an anime superhero, then customise it with your own design, like an otaku logo or decorations, using appliqué, hand-stitching, bejeweling and fabric paint.
