Synopsis

Nour lives alone with her father, and when puberty arrives, she feels too uncomfortable to discuss this major life event with him. In keeping her secret, Nour becomes withdrawn and moody; even Dad’s thoughtful kindnesses are met with her sullen attitude. As her surliness increases, so her father’s exasperation escalates, and soon a rift threatens to open between them. ‘Wintry Spring’ is a touching film about compassion, patience and the unbreakable bonds of family.
